Storage
Storage counts all files synced to a site — markdown notes and binary attachments alike. The storage meter is shown in your dashboard for Starter and Pro plans.
The free plan is markdown-only: images and other attachments cannot be synced, only markdown files.
File limits
| Limit | Value |
|---|---|
| Max single file size | 10 MB |
| Supported image formats | PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP, SVG, AVIF |
| Custom CSS size | 50 KB |
Sync devices
Each device syncing to a site counts toward your device limit. Devices are registered automatically the first time the plugin connects.
Upgrading and downgrading
- Upgrading takes effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period.
- Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If your usage exceeds the lower plan's limits at renewal, publishing is paused until you reduce usage or upgrade again.
Suspension
If a paid plan lapses and your usage exceeds free-tier limits, the site is suspended. Visitors see a suspension notice instead of your content. You have a 30-day grace period to upgrade or reduce usage before content is permanently deleted.
See Sites/Publishing for more on suspension.
